Privacy & Business Terms

At EzyApp, we provide mission-critical enterprise software. This policy outlines our commitment to data integrity, security, and transparent financial dealings across our Travel, Healthcare, and Logistics platforms.

1. Enterprise Data Collection

A. Client Data: We collect organizational details, tax identifiers, and administrative contact info to manage your SaaS instance.

B. Operational Data: As a service provider, we process data hosted on your EzyApp instance (e.g., patient records in Eblood, passenger manifests in Ebus). Note: You remain the Data Controller; EzyApp acts as the Data Processor.

C. Automated Logs: To ensure 99.9% uptime, we monitor system performance, IP access logs, and API handshake success rates.

2. Data Sovereignty & Security

We implement AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access to your database is restricted to authorized engineers only via secure VPNs for maintenance purposes.

3. Third-Party API Integrations

Our solutions integrate with global vendors (Airlines, GDS, Payment Gateways). Data shared with these vendors is limited to what is strictly necessary to finalize a transaction. EzyApp is not responsible for the privacy protocols of these external vendors.

4. Financial & Refund Policy
4.1 Setup & Customization Fees

Initial infrastructure setup, White-labeling, and Custom Development fees are Non-Refundable once work has commenced or the instance is deployed.

4.2 Subscription & SaaS Access

Monthly billing is non-refundable. Annual contracts canceled within 72 hours are eligible for a full refund minus setup costs. Post 72 hours, refunds are pro-rated at our discretion.

4.3 The "Ledger-First" Refund System

For failed or canceled bookings (Travel/Logistics), refunds received from vendors are credited directly to your EzyApp Admin Ledger. This balance is immediately available for future transactions. Cash-back to bank accounts may take 7-14 business days.

4.4 Duplicate Bookings

EzyApp provides the technology; we do not control inventory. Duplicate bookings must be resolved with the end-vendor (Airline/Bus Operator). We provide the logs and dashboard tools to support your claim.

5. Compliance & Rights

Users have the right to request a data export or account termination. For Healthcare (Eblood) users, we provide data retention tools to assist with local regulatory compliance.
