8. Refund Policy for EzyApp

1. No Refund for Setup Fees

Once a client purchases a website setup on EzyApp, the setup fee is non-refundable as the service is already provided.

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds once the billing cycle starts. Cancellation will stop future billing. Annual Subscriptions: Clients can cancel within the first 3 days for a full refund. After that, a pro-rated refund may be given based on usage.

3. Custom Development & Add-ons

Any custom work or extra add-ons are non-refundable once the work begins.

4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If a client is charged twice due to a payment error, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate charge.

5. Refund for Technical Issues

If EzyApp is unable to provide the booked service due to a server issue or technical failure, a refund may be issued based on the impact of the problem.

6. Refund for duplicate / Cancellation

We will credit the refund amount after we received from the vender to your ledger. This amount can be utilised againt fututre booking.

7. Duplicate ticket issued

If a duplicate ticket or booking is issued, it must be resolved directly with the airline. You can monitor the status in your admin dashboard. We are not responsible for any tickets issued or canceled through your site and do not have the authority to create or modify bookings on your behalf.

8. Processing Time

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

EzyApp reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
