Welcome to EzyApp. These terms govern the use of our Enterprise Suite, including but not limited to EzyFlight, EzyBiz, Eblood, and Ebus. By deploying our solutions, you agree to these legal frameworks.
1. Scope of Service & License
EzyApp grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our web-based applications for your business operations. This includes:
- Access to API endpoints for flight, bus, and inventory management.
- White-labeled interfaces for B2B and B2C transactions.
- Administrative dashboards for diagnostic lab and warehouse control.
2. Enterprise Account Security
You are responsible for all actions performed under your Master Admin account. For security, you must:
- Enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for staff logins.
- Notify EzyApp within 2 hours of any suspected data breach.
- Maintain strict control over API Keys and Secret Tokens.
3. Financial Terms & Portal Balance
Note on Portal Balance: Any payment received against the Portal Balance is strictly for transaction fulfillment.
Balances are fully refundable only upon final account reconciliation during formal portal closure.
Failure to maintain the minimum required balance may result in automated API suspension by our vendors (Airlines/GDS/Operators).
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We aim for 99.9% uptime. However, EzyApp shall not be held liable for interruptions caused by:
- Third-party API downtime (e.g., GDS or Airline Server failure).
- Scheduled maintenance notified 24 hours in advance.
- Global internet outages or force majeure events.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All source code, proprietary algorithms, and database structures remain the sole property of EzyApp. Clients are prohibited from reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to duplicate the software logic.
6. Limitation of Liability
EzyApp acts as a technology bridge. We are not responsible for the actual service delivery of the end-vendor (e.g., flight cancellations, medical lab result accuracy, or shipping delays). Our liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the preceding month.
